I love my good egg layer, but don't know what she is

I get a pretty, very large brown egg daily from this hen:

Is she a Delaware maybe?

Also, is this a female? I have seen it in the nesting box laying on top of our ceramic egg, but I am pretty sure she hasn't laid one yet.

The top one looks like a hatchery quality Delaware hen. The second one, a hen also, looks like a hatchery quality Ameruacana (easter egger).

Top one looks like a Delaware... big bodied... that's nice.

Bottom one is an EE.

I have no clue on the age of the second one, but I think she is still young... about the same size as another EEer that I know is around 20 weeks. I can't wait for them to start laying
