I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who asks questions in this section or asks for advice. Things like forte gras and the dirty details of butchering aren't usually considered polite conversation but I've been a member here for 5 years and 99% of the posts in the meat birds section are kind, full of curiosity and without judgement. For the vast majority of us we are looking at ways to provide humanely raised food for our families.
