I took left over roast, cut it into cubes. Then added some gravy and other vegetables. I topped the whole thing with a pie crust and baked it in the oven. Yum. I had potatoes left from the night before and I dumped that in also. So good and simple, plus I found a use for left overs.
My kids have asked me to buy two roasts next time and only use them for the pot pies. LOL
