i got a Magicfly 12 incubator Wednesday and watched a few YouTube videos on how to set it up, turned it on & let it run for a couple hours to test everything, & then put a few eggs (from my flock that were laid that day or the day before) in it.

Did not check how accurate the temp was!! When I thought of my instant read meat thermometer, the temp was 103°!!! Spent another couple hours trying to get the correct setting for incubation.

Finally got it set where it’s consistent between 99-100°. This was within the first 24 hours. So do you think these eggs have a tiny chance or not? Or should I wait 7- 10 days and candle?

You will not know until you candle around day 7. If you are not using a calibrated thermometer, then you have no idea what the temperature really is in there. I use a quality medical grade thermometer, and calibrate all other thermometers to that in a cup or bowl of water at 100*. I assume your bator has a fan?

They may be okay, don't give up hope! Temps in the bator vary and the air temp does not translate exactly to in-egg temp. You should be okay. I have used this same bator, try to keep it in a room with little temperature fluctuations and you may want to put a thermometer and hygrometer in there. Inkbird sells some good ones and you can find many brands under $10. I will keep your eggies in my prayers! :)

I've made such a thing several times, always turned out OK. I think the key thing is for how long were they at this temp. The egg needs much more time than air to warm up, although I couldn't say what time - half hour or an hour perhaps? So if you discovered that quickly enough, the eggs probably didn't have time to overheat inside.
