Make sure you test that Springfield unit-I have one and it doesn't read half degrees and it's terribly inaccurate. Looks good, but do numerous test runs with water in it, since humidity affects temp. You may want a shield over that bulb since it will be much hotter directly over it. I used aluminum flashing.

Very nice !! What was the total cost if you dont mind me asking ? I got one of the $1.00 temp gauges at walmart.... I HATE IT!!! Its so off.

I got the same humidity gauge and took it back. It wasn't even close!!! I like your setup, I couldn't find the wal mart chests...what department did u get it from???

I had one little gray Springfield that was awesome, but that little white one is awful. Yours may be good, but you do need to check it against two others to be sure it's close to right. Mine always reads 20% humidity and about 10 degrees too high.
