I may be crazy here.

So I have hatched off 20 baby chicks. (8 at mothers day, 12 at fathers day). I don't hardly ever leave my house and I decided to spend this weekend with my dad and visit family. I feel I have become "the crazy chicken lady" of my family bc I'm actually missing and worried to death about my babies. (12 polish(GL and SL),3 Lavender Americanas, 4 bantams(don't know what kind just know they are solid black) and of course my Turken,my little MOJO.) Anybody else miss their babies or do I continue to feel slightly crazy?

Sounds like a typical day for me! If that makes us crazy, then so be it.

I’ve been away from my chickens for a few days and I’m a little worried. Mostly because my grandma is caring for them, my rooster is a menace, one of my hens is geriatric, and the coop door won’t shut right.

Well I have my mother in law baby sitting and she's 73 and the last words was "how often do I water them" .. and there's an outage on our phone and internet so I can't even call and check on them..
