I need a barnevelder rooster chick

We're planning on getting some new additions to our flock, we were gonna get some chicks but just decided to get a rooster. My mom wants a barnevelder rooster but every where I look i need to get more then one chick, and we don't want more three, two is the maximum. Can anyone help?

Get more than three and sell the extras when they’re bigger.

I've not seen places online that do only one chick. You would need to source locally, and even then sometimes people are not cool with selling just one.

If you buy them straight run they are cheaper and you’ll get at least 1 cockerel

Welcome to BYC, I’m also in Atlanta!
Please check out The Pasture Farms in Marietta, they have Barnevelder chicks. I’ve bought point of lay pullets from them but they sell cockerels as well and will sell single birds although it will be older (6-8 weeks).
