There are 2 or 3 people that makes chicken diapers, and duck ones - they advertise under "everything else for sale," at BYC Buy,sell, trade forum. But, you need 20 posts before you can participate. You can get them pretty fast by welcoming new members, like I am doing to you. Welcome to Backyard chickens, hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
