I need a qick answer....

Yes hatched chicks. Just moving from one incubator to another to prevent over crowding in the nr360. I am giving thwm to a broody in thw morning just keeping them warm until then.

So my Styrofoam incubator is kinda an over night broader until they are given to their mama tomorrow

Sorry didn't click reply on all the questions post hope this answers some of them

I only have hte 1 incubator so just left my lone chick in there (well until I added the other egg) until I gave him to my broody. I didn't change anything but also didn't add water so the humidity dropped some.

but where you are moving yours maybe lower it to the 90 and not have humidity that high?

They will be in the coop with the broody. I don't isolate my broodys I just put a nest box(aka plastic tote with a side cute out for easy enterning and exiting ) on the floor so she has a safe place to keep the chicks without having them in one of the higher ones..

I would probably put them under the broody tonight, so they can peep and she can cluck and they can spend all night learning each other's voices.

But if you want to keep them in an incubator tonight, I would set it to the same temperature that you used for incubating the eggs.

Do not overheat and kill the chicks.
I highly recommend not keeping them at 100 degrees.

If I was sure she would take them I would. But she is newly broody 5 days in tomorrow so I want to keep an eye on her to make sure she will take them. I also have a first time broody that I want to see of she will take one or two. That's why the delay. Waiting for them all to hatch and availability to watch over them.
