Have you checked out Lowes or Home Depot ? A lot of people convert their garden sheds into coops.

Search for playhouses too because some of those can be converted to coops. My first coop was purchased as DIY playhouse kit from Little Cottage Co. I have the Victorian model without the porch & railings.
