that all makes total sense. it seems to me that the best thing to do, short of finding someone locally who may or may not have all the breeds you want, is to find some other breeds you can live with, ones that are available from meyer now, and get the six maximum chicks ASAP.

YA I THINK THATS WHAT I'M GONA DO ,ORDER THE 6 NOW AND THEN TRY TO ORDER MORE IN THE SPRING, i'LL JUST DO MY LITTLE POUTING THING AND HE'LL GIVE IN (I HOPE) THATS HOW I GOT MY WAY IN THE FIRST PLACE. I DONT KNOW IT SEEMS LIKE THE CHICKEN IDEA GOES ON HIM SOMEDAYS. SO MAYBE THEY WILL GROW ON HIM ONCE THEY GET HERE. SO BIRDS ORDERED NOW WILL BE BIG ENOUGH TO HANDLE WINTER RIGHT?
