I need advice. Chick hatched with belly issue

I have never seen this before. This chick was extremely slow getting out and ended getting the membrane stuck to its head where the opening of the shell was. Wasn't shrink wrapped just a small dried spot..
Well once I picked it up, I was going to take it out to my broody because it doesn't look like any other are going to hatch. I saw its belly. Now I don't want o take it out just yet to make sure whats going on.
This chick seem OK otherwise chirping and moving around

I'd put her by herself so others don't peck her on accident and hope it heals.

It looks like a open navel. If that is the case it will most likely heal up. I would put a small bit of neosporin on it (the kind without pain killers), and wait other day or two before giving it to the broody, so that it stays clean, while it dries out a bit more and starts to heal.
