I need advice please!

I had a chick that was stuck in its shell for about 24 hours. She was hatched with a sac between its legs and "white eyes". can somebody please help me out on whats wrong? Thank you

I don't know about the eyes, but the sack could be an unabsorbed yolk sack?

Thank you! the eyes were not open, I took her out and wrapped her in a warm cloth and helped her relax. She then opened her little eyes. Sorry for the post I just panicked when I seen the grey/white over her eyes as she was non-stop chirping for over a hour. the temp in the bator dropped thus so did the humidity during hatch and i have been struggling to get it back with little luck. Thank you for the advice
