I purchased 4 Royal Palm Turkey Poults 8 days ago. The breeder seemed extremely responsible, but when we met he said that he had just noticed one of the poults was sneezing a bit, and had a clogged nostril. He gave me the option to skip the deal or offered me Sulmet to treat the respitory ailment. I took a chance and brought them home, treated with the Sulmet in water for 7 days. The turkeys were less active than chicks I've had at that age, but ate and drank so I wasn't too worried.

The last few days were cold and rainy, so I kept them in the barn, in a well ventilated area. This morning was sunny, so I brought them out to get some fresh grass and sunshine and noticed that one is not eating, is acting lethargic, and is puffing up his feathers and seems to be shivering a bit. Then I noticed some yellowish droppings on the bottom of his pen. Upon inspecting the area he spent the night, I noticed some reddish (bloody?) droppings.

I don't have a vet that will work on these birds, so please determine how I can help this guy. I have been reading threads on here about Blackhead, and have dealt with coccidiosis in chickens and I suspect I'm dealing with one or the other. I need to know what they have in order to determine how to treat it.
