Hi, there! it is nice to hear from other Michigan folk! I don't get on many message boards, but I did check that thread out. Thanks. I am usually outside when the weather is nice and don't spend long sitting in front of my computer.
I have set up a temporary spot for my rooster, Patches, so he can be comfortable but still separated. I am still looking for a good home for him though. He is a nice boy, if anyone is interested.

To the OP-- I don't have anything for you but wanted to suggest you keep an eye out on the Grand Rapids and maybe Muskegon Craigslists. I see chickens on there all the time. Good luck!
