Henly five to six months old is when most will lay eggs so yes, by the end of summer they will start laying.Some breeds mature faster than others. What breed are yours?
Can you post pics of your chicks and their indoor coop? I know I love seeing other peoples set ups. It always gives me ideas I can use later.
