I need help! Does anyone know if my white crested polish is a hen or roo?

I am sad to report mushroom is a rooster as of today he has grown waddles at 4 weeks old

Actually, my White Crested Polish grew waddles pretty early too and it turned out to be a hen. Sometimes it doesn't matter how old it is when it grows waddles, it usually depends on the chicken and how it behaves and is nurtured, so there is still a pretty good chance it is a pullet.

It acts like my Wyandotte rooster did at his age
