I need help figuring out what is wrong with my rooster.He has white on his cone.anyone know what it is?

I have a rooster that has white showing on his cone. Does anyone know what it is?

Do an on site search on 'favus'. That may be the early stages of what he has. What caused the lesion towards the rear of his comb ?

No idea. He is the only rooster in the coop.he has 3 hens with him.

It looks like possible fowl pox, but given the time of year and the fact that there is only one lesion that is doubtful. Unless that is you live in a tropical region.

Some sort of anti fungal cream. Do the on site search and threads on treatment should appear.
