I need help for my 3 week old chick!

My peep was doing well until 3 days ago..he stoped feeding and cried alot. He has lost waight and he seems to have his food sack..he migh have air there too. Please help I must save this chic, or I will lose the blood line. Please help.

How old?

I'm not following the feed sack thing? Do you mean the crop? If so, what is the concern with it?

Can you post a picture?

What is your setup? Brooder, temps, feed etc?

We really need more specfic information here... hope you can find some answers!
