Her comb will only get larger, it's one of the things with Mediterranean breeds. The females of Mediterranean breeds will flop, whereas the male's comb should stand erect. That is definitely a hen though, so no worries for you!

No, that looks like a hatchery-bred Dark Cornish cockerel.

depends on the breed but they never get smaller.....leghorns have combs like that
