Hello :)
I had a similar situation with my neighbors chicken that had abandoned it's flock. It kept flying over the 2m fence that separates our two houses. She said it likes you better than me so you can keep it. Our flock kept on attacking and pecking this poor chook. I searched the site for any help and no one had been successful with just adding one chicken to their flock. I had to give it back. When I added 3 to my flock earlier this week, everything was fine after a day or two. My suggestion is that you should buy another one or two and introduce at least 2 to your existing flock, so not just one is being singled out and attacked. Good luck and I hope this helps :)

Do as Birdlife99 suggested and good luck!

You should try keeping them separate for a while so they can get used to each other's presence.
And yeah, I agree that you might be better off introducing two or more. We've always gotten new chickens in pairs to avoid bad pecking problems.
