Ok I've been having some issues with my flock, they have had runny noses and coughing and some have gurgling sound. I've gave then tylan 50 for 3 days orally! Most of them seem better but a couple are still the same . Just wondering if I should use injection instead? I've heard it works faster? Also is there anything else I can give them to help. all but one are eating good have good energy happy just seems at night when I go in there I can hear em hacking. Is there some medicated food I can give then? Let me know your thoughts please I need some help thanks so much!

My guide here says Pen G is good for respiratory problems, you can get it and syringes and needles at KV vet supply. Sulfadimethoxine in the water (Albon), 2 TBLs per gallon 3-5 days. (Info from Twincitiespoultry sheets incl. with order). I like LS-50, too. But penicillin injectable is a good thing to have in the fridge. It's for some respiratory stuff like pneumonia, and also injuries, cuts, skin infection.
