Respiratory illness

I have a 4.5lb rooster with a respiratory infection X2-3 days. He sounds very congested when he breaths and raises his head up to breath sometimes, hacking and coughing, a little bit of nasal discharge, he is not eating very well but seems to be drinking and he has runny dark limish green and white poop! I know the white is from water intake but what causes dark, lime green poop? I have some of my personal doxycycline mono 100mg capsules, & also some macrobid 100mg capsules left over that didn’t finish and I have some amoxicillin 500mg fish-biotics. Can someone tell which would be better to give him for respiratory symptoms and help me with dosing please??

I would recommend VetRX, you can usually find it at a feed store. It's a natural herb oil mix and litterly works miracles!
