I need help right away, please...

OK, here is the update - my daughter and I went out and gently transferred the chicks and the mama to the box she was previously in and heard peeps (chirps of encouragement) along the way. I emptied the crate and cleaned it with ivermectin which I had from another time. I put in new shavings which I added DE to and doused the mom too with DE then moved everyone back. This morning we have 3 pips! Si, I think everyone survived. Many Thanks for everyones help. It was a good decision to do it before the littles arrived. The crate they are in is one I got from someone else. I am wondering if I didn't clean it well enough and it arrived with the guests. Now my next job is to de-louse the entire coop, although I don't see signs on anyone else, I can't take the risk.

Great news! Make sure you post pics. And yes, de-louse! I am so happy the peeps are pipping!
