Also I forgot to mention he still can shake and wag his tail is this a good sign?

I'm afraid I don't quite know the term for this, but it could be a result of shock or trauma from the experience. A duck of mine was trampled a while back and had the same symptoms. I recommend plenty of food and water every two or so hours, even if it has to be forced, and to call a vet. (It is best to use electrolytes in the water). The tail wagging is good, but vet in this situation is highly recommended. Best of luck!!! I await hopefully good news! :fl

Keep him in the dark, keep him warm, and hope he recovers. You should give him electrolyte water, but don't forcefeed. That's a good way to drown animals.

Electrolyte recipe:
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp corn syrup/sugar (whichever's more accessible)
1 tsp baking soda
2 quart water.
You can try grinding up a vitamin B complex tablet and adding that if you have it; in my experience, vitamin B is always good.

EDT: And yes, the head and tail movement is a good sign. It's highly likely that he's just in shock. Good luck.

Thank you guys so much all comments are appreciated I still have the electolite soulution they gave me when I bought him he’s isolated from the other ducks and chicks right now because they were walking all over him and pecking him he had the most energy of all of them and always ran and jumped more than the others it’s just so terrifying to see him like

Were your ducks legs completely limp?

Yes, he wouldn't move them at all, nor did he complain or scream. (He was also a Muscovy, so that may

have had something to do with it)
I’m pretty sure mines a Rouen this is my first duck I know this faint/shock think is common with animals so I kinda hoped it was that. How long do you think yours was in this condition
