This isn’t really a good indicator. I don’t see any male-specific feathers so I am also leaning pullet.

They're only 7 weeks, too early for male saddle and hackles to be showing.

The blue has very even coloring which is a check on the female side of the scorecard, the black one is more difficult but nothing distinctly male about the look and since we don't know what the parents are, exactly, we can't really go by relative size/build.

Female unless proved otherwise.
