I am having a real problem. I had my first incubation attempt a week ago and it was a failure. I am trying again. My humidity before was all over the place at lockdown. When I put water in it, it would shoot up but then in a small amount of time it would drop and drop low. During the first 18 days it was real low because I was doing a dry hatch but I think it was too low. It was showing 16% and I added water when I found out it was too low but...
NOW, for my second attempt I bought a humidifier to go in the room to help keep the humidity at a constant humidity in the room since I read the Bill Worrell article that says to control the room humidity. And it works for the room but not for the incubator. It just won't get into the incubator. The humidity of the room is 70% but the incubator is showing only 25%. I can't get it to move. I have added a little water but I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have an idea of how to get the incubator humidity up and to get it up without it fluctuating up and down constantly?
