I need help sexing and identifying Polish

I received 3 assorted polish.
I believe they are a bearded buff laced, a white crested black and a silver laced polish. I am hoping they are all hens. Please help me identify. I cannot have roosters as I live in the city limits and will relocate to my sister's farm if they are.
