What gender is this bird?! I bought it thinking it’s a female but when it stands next to the other silkies, it does not look like the females, nor does it look like a roo.
Attached herewith are the pictures of the other silkies, which i recieved them as a gift and kept them in garden away from the other breeds.
Note that the BLACK hen in the picture below nex to the white is not the same as the one with arrowy.
Two other questions,
The black hen “without the arrowy” laid only one egg and it was the first day, since then she has not laid any, what’s wrong with her anyway?! She isn’t stressed at all.
The egg was incubated by other hen and the chick came out of it is “grey” I think you call light grey chickens blue don’t you?! Anyway, How come that when both of the parents are completely black?
