I need help with a hen half broody ?

My hens as a group have laid 13 eggs and one hen is in there sitting on them occasionally but not constant she doesn't fluff or hiss at me when I go to look or check I've candles a few found on looks like it's growing but she doesn't stay on there ??? Now I have all these eggs a d don't know what to do with them bc they been out there maybe 2 weeks
