I need help with a new chick

Out of 20 eggs I have 10 running around like crazy and 1 just hatched but he won't uncurl his neck he is still in the fetal position I guess you would say. Y'all think he will perk up soon. I hope. I am very proud of my hatch this time 50% rate so far I got one maked up like a peguin. I will post pics as soon as they come out of the bator.

If it's only just hatched it probably just needs a little time to recover. Hopefully it will "perk up" and straighten itself out soon.

It is up and running around I think I have about a dozen babies now. SO SWEET!

I had one that laid there along time and was worried, then all of a sudden it was up and hopping around like the other chicks. I worried for nothing.
