I need help with colour and gender of my d'Uccle chicks

All the chicks are pullets.

The jury is still out on colouring.

Why do you not think 1 and 2 are mille fleur and 3 and 4 are porcelain?

The colour is solid and not Mille fleur and the whites don't have the cream, they are just white. I will see how they develop as they age.

Porcelain is more of a blue cast to it. The spots on a Millie fleur develop over time. All chicks under 5 months don't have their adult coloration and are subjected to changes as they go through multiple molts as they grow. The last ones are definitely porcelain. Those I know for sure.

I agree.
The first two are buff and black. That's mille fleur. They do get the speckled look when older.
The last two aren't white they are lavender. They too will take time to get their adult plumage.
