I need help with determining gender of my EE

Here is Coco. I'm estimating about 6-7 weeks is her/his age. I'm really hoping she's a pullet, but she crows half-heartedly on occasion at random times. Any idea if a pullet or a cockerel?

I’m going to go with cockerel. White wing bars, red leakage, very red, prominent comb for this age.. tree trunks for legs. Lol. But I’m no expert, that’s just the general feeling I’m getting from his pics.

Do you live in the country or a neighborhood, if you live in the country like I do, chances are he's yours to keep. We didn't check offices here, but I'm sure roosters and plain chickens are allowed.
