I need help with duck eggs.

I have one female mixed duck and one male Muscovy duck and the female lays an egg in her nest every day.
We are up to 23 eggs! When will she stop laying and incubate the eggs?
When should we remove the eggs before they go bad? We are pretty sure they are fertile and were hoping that the female would incubate the eggs, but if she doesn’t what do we do? It’s been over 3 weeks since the first egg was laid. Thanks!!!!

With a time span like that, it's likely that instead of trying to brood, she's just a good layer. The earliest eggs might be bad by now, I would remove them all and do the float test.
