I have a bloody duck that we separated from the rest of the flock after she went broody. She's sitting on 9 eggs right now and has been for about a week. I don't want her to sit on eggs that aren't fertile. Is it possible I could get her off the nest and candle the eggs and take the ones that aren't fertile and replace them with fertile ones from my incubator?

Yes, that should work, do it at night when it's hard for her to see what's happening.
