hi. Today I let my ducks go swimming for the first time sense the fall and my male duck has pulled out my female ducks feathers at the back of her neck. I do t want her to get an infection so I’m not sure what to do and how to prevent it from happening again. If anyone could give me advise I would appreciate it.

If the skin isn't broken you needn't worry about infection. If the skin is broken, just clean and use an antibiotic ointment.
Other than separation, I don't have any ideas about making the drake stop. Spring and showing dominance. Some of my hens are the same way, but I have too many drakes.

I also wouldn't be worrying about an infection unless there's a raw open wound. It's fairly common for drakes to pull out some feathers when they mate.
What is your drake to hen ratio?

Okay thank you. I will try that
