I hate it with a passion, it has the thing you balance on top of the vent, and you have to get it to "dance' a certain way to make sure its doing its thing. My aunt, bless her soul, let me borrow her canner one time with the pressure gauge and it was such a piece of cake. . .anyway, mine is a mirro, and I can't find the book that goes to it. I have beans to can, and probably tomatoes, what pressure and how long? Someone please help me!! Thank you so much!!!
