I need help with my turkeys

One for my male bronze Turkey is making this sneeze sound like every 10 seconds , he will wheeze occasionally and he has scabs all over his head should I be worried

Welcome to BYC. Is there any scab near the eyes, or do you see any eye drainage? Do you have any pictures of the scabs on his head? How long has he been sneezing and wheezing? The scabs could be fowl pox or peck marks from others. Sneezing can be a sign of a respiratory disease, or from feed getting into the nostrils. Wheezing sounds more respiratory. Make sure that your coop is dry, clean, and there is not ammonia odor. Make sure there is good overhead air ventilation year round. Fowl pox can look like this or can look like small bumbs all over the face and head.

I’m anxious to see your turkey pics. Sounds like Fowl Pox to me. Are the eyes slightly closed? a few of my Brahmas had Fowl Pox last July. Pulled them through but was really scary
