I need help with the genre of these quails

They are 4 weeks old, I want to know if they are males or females and what breed they are.

Those are tibetan/rosetta mutts. They cant be sexed visually, youll either have to vent sex or see male/female behavior. If you split them up it might irritate them enough that one will crow if you have any roos.

How old they have to be to crow?

most of the time they will begin to crow at about five weeks old.
