I need help!

If she's truly pregnant, kits are usually delivered within 24 hours of fur pulling. If it's a false pregnancy, she will go through the nest building process, but she will not go into labor. Signs that a doe is in active labor can include decreased appetite, heavy or fast breathing, and spending time sitting in the nesting area, hunched and straining. If she isn't exhibiting any of those signs, it's probably just a false labor.
An interesting thing that rabbits can do is absorb a pregnancy. This can occur for any number of reasons, and will not impact a doe's ability to carry and deliver future litters. So even if she is pregnant, but for some reason doesn't produce any kits, there is little cause for concern.
