. She is my baby.

Thank you
Amy

I would almost say those are lice eggs, just a lot in one area. Have you looked her over for lice?

If she does have lice, she and the entire flock will need to be treated. You could dust them down with permethrin dust, or if you have a cat Sevin dust (permethrin is highly toxic to cats). Or Ivermectin Pour On will also kill lice in chickens.

That looks like lice nits. Treat her with a Permethrin based poultry spray or dust.
If possible trim those balls of egg out of her feathers, if not apply some coconut oil to help soften them and get most of them out. Look under her wings, base of her neck, top of her head and vent for any more of those and trim them out.

Clean out bedding/nesting boxes and treat her housing with the Permethrin as well. Repeat in 7-10 days 2 more times.

They are hard- it's Lice eggs (nits).
This is why I said cut the feathers out if you need to. If you can't do that, then put coconut oil on those hard pieces to help soften them so you can pull them off or crush them up. Dispose of them - more lice will hatch out those.

You do need to treat the active lice that is on her now, they will just lay more eggs (glue them to the feathers) and she will have even more of those hard things on her.

Alright awesome thank I truly appreciate it tomorrow I will spend the time doing that also with the nodules on her face are attzched to her skin with no feathers so do I just soften those til I can pull it?

Yes, the ones that are attached to skin, I would put coconut oil on them. You may be able to use a small pair of pliers to crush them once you soften them up a bit. I don't know, never had those clumps before, but pliers work very well for hardened poop.

You can find Permethrin at Tractor Supply. Treat all of your birds and housing.

Thank you so much! Me and my dad were able to get about 90% off of her she is just week so kind of worried about that., But all my other birds were treated as well cuz they had them but not as bad . I just hope she can pull through.
