I need help

I hatched chicks today and one off the chicks came out and has one leg it looks like the other leg is mush and just a flap. Not sure what to do.

Put it down. A chick with one leg won't survive.
I once hatched a chick with 3 legs. Only one was normal.
If you hatch enough, you'll see all sorts of deformities. Not everything is meant to be perfect or to even survive.

It looks almost as if intestines are coming out put it looks like it pooped in the egg

Exposed viscera is usually the result of too high incubator temperature or hereditary (lethal genes).

It’s not on its feat and it’s just drying under the heat lamp.
