I have a Pekin duck that’s a bout a year old and his bill is shedding, is this normal or some sort of Deficiency or maybe allergy to the food? Just wanna make sure he’s 100% in health!

From what I've seen it's normal. Does it look like this?

Hello, and Welcome to BackYard Chickens! It's so great to have you here! :frow

Some shedding of the bill is quite normal, consider all the things those bills go throughout the season, rocks, hard clay, roots, etc. You can post a picture of her bill if you'd like.
