I need help

I need to know how much of an ivermectin pill I should be giving my rabbit. he is a full-sized adult. and is not doing so great health-wise.

OK, whoa. What makes you think your rabbit needs ivermectin? Does he have worms? If it's something like not eating/drinking you need to consult a vet, immediately. GI stasis comes on quickly and can be fatal in hours if not addressed. Other issues can cause him to be off feed and water too so you really need a vet, not BYC. Yes, there are a lot of rabbit peeps here, but time is of the essence and waiting around for someone to help may cost you a rabbit. Even for a worming doseage, I'd call a vet if you have worms. Buns be fragile.

Ok thank you, my rabbit does not have worms but has encephalitozoon cuniculi, which I've read that ivermectin can treat because it is a natural anti-parasitic.

E cunculi is normally confirmed by lab tests along with some visual indicators. You definitely need to see a vet for confirmation diagnosis and treatment and not just go off of internet info. It is terminal if not properly treated and there's a risk your rabbit will never recover even if you DO treat it. Fenbendazole (Panacur) is typically used to treat it, not ivermectin, which is a dewormer. You're putting your buck at far greater risk trying to solve this yourself than if you made an appointment. You can also kill your rabbit if you do not give the proper doseage of ivm. Their systems are so delicate any stress or shock can kill them.

E. Cunculi is also contagious and can be spread to other rabbits in shared housing situations. Do you have other rabbits who share common areas with this one?

If you decide to do this yourself, you should understand the risks. Please call a vet. They went to med school and have both tools and education to know how to treat your bun.
