I need info on shipping chicks

I did try to post this in the baby chicks part but didn't get much response.....I'm hoping for more answers here.
I hope its ok to post again!

I want to ship some chicks. I ordered the correct boxes, and know they need overnight or express delivery....what else do they need? Is there any forms that get attached? Health forms? Do I have to be NPIP first? (working on it)

My local PO has no clue plus we are very rural, so I will be shipping out of the county main office 1/2 hour away. Do I need to let them know ahead of time? Or just show up early in the week?

Most hatcherys ship them Proility mail out of your postoffice. You must put the time on the carton that they were hatched.
