I need more room! We live on only 5 acres and I am finding that it is just not enough. I have found a nice bunch of 40 acres back in Illinois I want to get. Some open and fields, some wooded, a creek running through it.
Can you imagine what I could DO with that land????? Goats would love all the wooded. Chickens for the open fields, and of course gunines,turkeys, etc. Ducks and geese would love the creek. My horse would have a ball on 40 acres of ground. Our four house dogs could have an acre or two: just imagine what a toy poodle, dachshund, min poodle and long hair chihuahua would do with one or two acres fenced in for them to run.
Gee. with 40 acres I could even get an oreo cow.
