I need opinions on hatching eggs

So as some of you guys know, I hatched out a single khaki Pekin cross. Named Pumpkin the duck. And I began to wonder what I wanted hatch out next and I have come to a cross roads. If I hatch ducks they will be sold. All male chicks and some male quail will be “dinnerized” and I would only incubate three goose eggs.

So what do you guys think?

No I have 5 ducks besides pumpkin I just need her to feather out to put her with the other ducks
