I need opinions on what breed my chicks are!!

I got these 2 chicks from a well known hatchery. They were supposed to be black australorps. I can obviously tell they are not pure bred at all. The first 3 pics are the 1st chick and the last pic is the 2nd chick. They are 12 weeks old. Are they roosters, and does anyone have any idea what other breed they might be?

They are both males. Maybe hatchery hybrids involving Marans or olive eggers.
