Okay, in my experience, the chicks aren't hard to raise if you know what you're doing. I've only lost 1 chick so far that was a few weeks old because she got wedged in a small space and I didn't realize in time. Adults are a bit harder, especially if you buy them as adults and they aren't used to your set up.
The 4th picture is a partridge, the 3rd is a Grey or silver partridge.
