I need some advice. My idea for a coop....

First off I am grateful for any feed back.

Ok here is my problem. I let my mother talk me into getting a flock. We have 17 pullets (adolescents), I think, and I didn't prepare beforehand. We have only had them a few days, but I am already in love, getting rid of any is not an option. The spend all day out in the yard. At night we put them in the brooder box that came with them. I know it's not big enough. So I was wondering if anyone had ever used heavy tarps as walls around a wood frame? Would it work? It would only be for about a week while I gathered what I need to build something safer.

I'm sure that would work, but probably ANY predator could get through tarps. Sometimes though, you just gotta do what you gotta do.
